Business System Analyst

The primary responsibilities of the Business System Analyst are:

  • Responsible to implement small to vast system projects via company-client interaction.
  • Analyzing & gathering  requirements of client.
  • Provide guidance in defining business process, technical leadership & training to meet user requirement.
  • Identifying complex problems & reviewing related information to develop & evaluate options & implement solutions for Clients.
  • Expand & modify system to serve new clients & improve work flow.
  • May perform any of the following: Participate in development of strategic planning activities; review & analyze data to predict further needs & recommend enhancements; prepare budgeting & cost analysis; develop technical standards & policies; set priorities based on user needs.

Minimum Education and Experience requirements:

  • Bachelors in Computer, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3 years of Business System Analyst work Experience.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and interface well with associates at all organization levels.
  • Ability to conduct user interviews, analyze business needs, and propose system solutions
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments & projects.

The primary responsibilities of the Technical Writer are:

  • Write, edit, organize, format a variety of technical & training documentation components.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with development & professional groups to meet product-lifecycle requirements (requirement specifications, training plans, test plans and other validation documents).
  • Keep all the assigned documentation components up-to-date with the development of their respective products.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation-related portions of the company intranet.
  • Professionally and consistently self-edit own work and work & meet requirements for speed, deadlines and methodology.

Minimum Education and Experience requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • 1+  years of experience in building & improving software documentation..

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to desire and deal with technology Concepts.
  • Ability to work within delivery parameters and to produce documentations for validate systems.
  • Knowledge of Software Industry, & software development lifecycle.
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office, Visio, Adobe Acrobat.

The primary responsibilities of the Web Designer are:

  • Design websites and web applications that accurately reflect an organization's goals, objectives and identity.
  • Provides strategic direction and concept development for online projects, including web graphics and banner ads, from concept to implementation using design software and authoring tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Macromedia Flash, Director and ImageReady.

Required Skills:
