Student first joins us for the industrial training (having duration 16 to 24 weeks) as a "Trainee". During this training period, "Trainee" is evaluated on the basis of following parameters:

1. Overall technical knowledge
2. Discipline & punctuality
3. Sincerity towards allocated project work
4. Level of their behavioral & communication skills
5. Leadership skills as well as Team Work
6. Learning ability & problem solving skills

The trainees are evaluated on the above parameters through out the training by "Programmers", "Senior Programmers", "Project Guide" & "Project Manager" associated with the trainees. If the trainee's performance is according to our organizations selection criteria then trainee is offered to join our company as a "Programmer" with probation period of three months to six months. After regular performance evaluations, programmer is promoted to higher designation like "Senior Programmer" which is followed by "Developer", "Senior Developer" & "Team Lead".

As, Alpha Net Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Chandigarh, India) is the Offshore Development Center of Alpha Net Consulting LLC (Santa Clara, California, USA). After working with Alpha Net Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for duration of two years the deserving employees are transferred to US office (H1B/L1B visa) as Consultant.
